Every spring I anticipate when the Downtown Garden store puts out the flowers. That marks the official beginning of warm weather for me. Today was the day.

Spring Fever

I have spring fever today and it's not hard to see why. I am so over winter!

What is and what might have been

I'm always fascinated by worn out old buildings like this. I wonder what they looked like when they were first built. I picture people bustling about where there was once a balcony of some sort. And I wonder how it got to this point.

I don't know why but I've always really liked alleys. I mean, I'm no fool - I don't go hanging out in them or anything. They seem like secret passage ways where anything could happen (I try not to think too hard about what "anything" could mean). Anyway, I think they're cool.
