It had probably been 20 years since I'd seen Karate Kid all the way through. That was a huge mistake. I went over to my friend Mike's tonight for a Karate Kid marathan and was reminded of some awesome lines:
"Sweep the leg, Jonny!"
"Wax on, wax off."
"Someone get him a body bag!"
And many more. No way am I waiting 20 more years before viewing this classic again! How long has it been since you've done the crane move, or watched this awesome montage (clip)!?

A Karate Kid marathon sounds way fun. How many are there?
I'm still sad I missed all of the action and Jonny vs. Danny debates.
Karate Kid is definitely a classic! It's where I found the most meaningful words of wisdom leading my life: "Man who catch fly with chopstick accomplish anything."
Emily, there are three Karate Kids plus the one with Hilary Swank (so, four really). According to Mike, they get progressively worse as they go!
