At least I used a Sharpie so the ink wouldn't run in the rain. And you have to admit, the slogan is catchy.
yeah, I did see Kathy out in the pouring rain putting that sign up the other day. I may have accidentally splashed her as I drove by. I think she was already mad because her pink sharpie wasn't working, so I may have added fuel to the fire...
