My concern over what this spill could be was immediately assuaged by this note, kindly left by Ann who dropped her water bottle on her way in this morning.

I'm still a little suspicious of the fact that it's "just water." But I think I trust Ann...plus, the drawing on the sign under the writing looks like water, making it more believable.
I'm a little suspicious that it's 2:30 in the afternoon and there is still a stain there. But I think it's the actual MR carpet I should be suspicious of, rather than Ann...
Since this sign has gotten such rave reviews around the office, I think I'll spill something more fun tomorrow. I may surprise you with a "just pudding" or maybe "just Aunt Jemima's Original Syrup" sign. Watch your step!
I think that people, especially small children, should come with similar labels. If a kid sneezes on me, but is wearing a sign that says, "Just allergies," I'll still wash my hands, but won't be afraid of catching something. If a kid comes in with a sign on that says, "Just lice, strep, and a rash we can't identify," I'll keep my distance. It would also come in handy when you spill something on yourself, especially on your pants..."Just lemonade. Seriously."

I think Bob's been keeping the spot wet all day.
