Yeah, like what is the deal with this building? It hasn't been used for renting out floats or tubes for years. Maybe it's haunted by the evil proprietor who always hated those young scalawags who came to the beach to bother him. It's a case for Scooby and gang.

OOOooh! I think it's definitely haunted. We should make a movie about it! (That'd mean way more time in Ludington...YAY!)
