It brings back memories of my childhood. I always loved the smell of sun-warmed grass, the sound of birds chirping, and feeling the sun on my face.

Oooh! I started a blog post a couple of days ago about grass and how much I love it! Sigh...
It sometimes seems like everyone has a memory that corresponds with freshly cut grass. I wonder what makes the smell so memorable?
Me too. I miss living in a state where grass grows without the sprinklers going all day every day.
Re: what Wisconsin said. I think that the smell of grass brings back memories of care-free summers with no school and endless days of bike riding, tree climbing, and having fun until it was too dark to play outside.
